Accommodations

All rooms have air conditioning and a private bath with tub/shower combination. Most rooms have either a king or double and twin beds. Deluxe suites have a fireplace, whirlpool tub, and king-size bed. Washer and dryer facilities are available on the ranch for all guests.

Dining

A varied and excellent menu is available. The ranch is happy to accommodate special diets on advance request. White Stallion Ranch is noted for their delicious meals.

Their breakfast buffet includes fresh fruit, juice, yogurt, bagels, pastries, oatmeal, cereal and homemade granola. Their cooked to order breakfasts are served daily from 8:00–9:00am. Full breakfast menu with a daily special.

Their lunch buffet includes a wide variety of salads, entrees and a sandwich bar.

Dinner is served either buffet or family style with one or two entrees and a wide variety of menus.

Conference Facilities

The Longhorn Meeting Center offers 2,600 sq. ft. of meeting space. It can accommodate 150 people theater style and 112 people classroom style. There are three break-out rooms available. The Hacienda, a four-bedroom/three-bath house, provides meeting space for up to 10 people - perfect for that small board meeting.

Special Entertainment

Varies weekly and includes some of the following: Nature program, astronomy program, line dancing lessons, moonlight bonfire with cowboy singer/poet, glass sculpting demonstration, and various expert speakers.

Nearest Airport

Tucson (TUS) is 30 miles away. Transportation to and from the airport or depots in Tucson is free of charge for stays of four or more nights.

Additional Rate Info

Rates quoted include all meals, horseback riding, guided hikes, hayrides, barbecues, petting zoo and all ranch activities. Riding instruction, tennis lessons, sightseeing tours and massages are available for an extra charge.

All rates are per person. Rates do not include local taxes and 15% service charge. Family groups are most welcome at all times. Riding instruction is available at an extra charge.

Any cancellations received less than 60 days in advance of scheduled arrival date will be subject to a penalty in the amount of the deposit, unless White Stallion Ranch is able to sell the accommodation. (Every effort will be made to do so.) Special deposit requirements for groups of 10 or more.

Reservation Policy

Advance reservations are suggested and may be made by e-mail or telephone. A $250.00 deposit is required within ten days of booking to confirm.

Cancellation Policy

The deposit is refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival. After that it is refundable only if the space is resold, however it may be applied to a future booking within the calendar year. The deposit applies to first and/or last day of the reservation. Cancellation policy may vary with groups.
