| Accommodations |
The 74 authentically decorated rooms are fully air-conditioned and offer beautiful desert and mountain views. Most rooms are spacious and have adobe fireplaces and outside private patios. Larger suites and smaller, cozier rooms are available. All rooms are ground level with outside entrances and nearby parking. The rooms are scattered over a lovely hillside in 18 different buildings that are easy walking distance to the dining room, office and corrals. All of the rooms capitalize on the spectacular views, and offer plenty of peace and quiet at the end of a busy day. |
| Dining |
The ranch is famous for it’s delicious and abundant food. With the exception of the cookouts and breakfast rides, all meals are served in the lovely Main Dining Room, overlooking the outdoor pool, with a majestic view of the Rincon Mountains.
Breakfast is a combination of ordering any standard breakfast item off the menu, and a buffet of assorted chilled juices, fresh fruits, yogurts, breakfast breads and cereals. Breakfast rides up to the Old Homestead for a cowboy breakfast in the great outdoors add an Old West touch to the mealtime.
The extensive lunch buffet offers a wide variety of foods to choose from and features the famous Sweet Talk pastry table. Dinners in the main dining room are specially prepared by an award-winning chef, featuring gourmet cuisine. The ranch also features twice weekly outdoor barbecue dinners with a cowboy singer for entertainment. With such a wide variety of delicious food, everyone will find just what they like! |

| Conference Facilities |
The fabulous meeting facilities offer a variety of distinctive meeting rooms and banquet areas for up to 150 people. The largest room divides into three rooms for breakouts. All four meeting rooms have windows and doors that open to the outside with high-beamed ceilings and thick adobe walls along with lovely mountain and desert views. Complete voice and data connectivity including wireless microphones, a high-speed T-1 data line, state-of-the-art audio/visual capabilities and a built-in surround system. |
| Children's Programs |
The fully supervised children's program provides a fantastic ranch experience for kids ages 4 through 11 with an option for 12 year olds to participate. It is divided into two age groups, the 4-6 year olds (Buckaroos) and the 7-11 year olds (Wrangler Kids). The younger ones do most of their riding in the arena, with the counselors working with them to develop riding proficiency. The Wrangler Kids will have a more active riding program geared to their mental and physical capabilities. This group has daily riding lessons, and both beginning and advanced rides. Parents may ride with their kids if they wish. The program is very active, incorporating riding along with tennis, swimming, nature programs, games, arts and crafts, and other activities for a vacation experience that will not soon be forgotten! |
| Special Entertainment |
A cowboy singer performs at the twice-weekly outdoor barbecue dinners. The after dinner programs vary and may include country swing and live dance instruction, astronomy and geology, and desert wildlife programs as well as other entertaining and educational programs. |
