Children under 5 years of age stay free in a room with two adults. Special rates apply for groups of 10 rooms or more.
In lieu of tipping, 15% of your daily room rate, corral, skeet, transportation and bar charges are added to your bill and distributed among the employees who serve you. Nothing more is necessary or expected. |
| Accommodations |
Handcrafted furnishings, fabrics and artifacts lend an artisan’s touch to every room. From the original ranch rooms that capture the flavor of the southwest, to the spacious new Maricopa suites, each casita feature a private patio that lets you appreciate the tranquility of the outdoors. For extra flexibility, many of the casitas can be connected by an additional bedroom. All rooms have a private bath, air conditioning, a telephone with dataport, Direct TV television and individual patios.
Maricopa Suites:
These luxury suites are centrally located and offer king-size beds, a large living room with Kiva fireplace, game table, desk and sitting area. Mexican tile accents and contemporary southwestern décor throughout. Conveniences include a refrigerator, wet bar and spa tub. Approx. 750 Sq. Ft.
Bradshaw Mountain Rooms: Mexican furnishings and Saltillo tile highlight these large suites with spectacular views. All bedrooms have two queen-size beds or a king bed, a Kiva fireplace and full bath can connect with one or two bedrooms for the perfect family casita. Approx. 531 Sq Ft.
Sunset and Hermosa Rooms: The best view of the Sonoran Desert is from the Sunset rooms, which offer a king-size bed or two queens. They can connect with one or two bedrooms and several feature a Kiva fireplace. Hermosa rooms offer either a king-size bed or a double and twin. Both Sunset and Hermosa rooms feature large patios, window seats, refrigerators and spa tubs. Approx. 333-362 Sq Ft.
Ranch Rooms: These rooms are the original accommodations and offer either a double and a twin bed or a king-sized bed. They have the charm and character of the Southwest and are the favorites of many of the returning guests. Aprpox. 310 Sq ft. |

Stroll into the comfortable luxury of the Old West Lodge... ideal for friendly gatherings around the fireplace with its enormous copper hearth. The daily American Plan features three tempting meals including an elegant dinner from the imaginative menu in the convivial dining room. Before dinner, linger over a drink in the Saloon with its floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the sunset on the Bradshaw Mountains.
Dinner Attire: Jackets or western vests are required for the men and appropriate attire for the ladies during dinner in the dining room. |

For board meetings, incentive trips, executive conferences, banquets and other gatherings, Rancho de los Caballeros is the perfect setting. The 4,500 square foot Palo Verde Conference Center is a separate complex nestled in a beautifully secluded setting. Host a grand meeting in the 3,400 square foot Sonoran Room that divides into four sections, or a breakout session in the scenic Palo Verde Room. A spacious covered porch and patio allows for refreshing breaks under picturesque Arizona skies... even an outdoor luncheon catered by the conference center’s own kitchen. And the inviting golf clubhouse overlooking the Bradshaw Mountains is ideal for a large reception, keynote dinner or other group event with up to 100 people. |
| Children's Programs |
The Caballeros Kids Club counselors look after 5-12 year olds as a group from 8:00am–1:30pm and again from 6:00pm-9:00pm... all at no charge. The counselor accompanies children to all three meals, occupies the evenings with games, and in the morning takes them swimming, hiking, and riding. Children 8 and older can enjoy trail rides, and those under 8 can enjoy corral rides. |

Each day brings new wonders. A breathtaking tour by jeep or hot air balloon. Trap and skeet, tennis lessons, guided nature hikes or leisurely swims. Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport - 60 Miles Rancho de Los Caballeros is located two miles west of Wickenburg, about a 90-minute drive from Phoenix’s Sky Harbor International Airport. Most major airlines serve Sky Harbor, and private aircraft may land at Wickenburg Municipal Airport. Local auto rentals are available in Wickenburg, and all major rental companies are located at or near the Phoenix airport. Ranch vehicles will meet guests anywhere in Phoenix at a rate of $130 per vehicle. |
