In the ranch’s large, modern kitchen, professional chefs prepare nutritious meals laden with fresh fruits and vegetables. Only the choicest, leanest beef is served alongside home-baked breads. These fresh baked breads are a ranch specialty and are prepared from old family recipes!
The menu is planned and prepared keeping in mind both children’s tastes and the hearty appetites of the adults in the family.
The ranch’s weekly Steak Fry is worth waiting for! You will also enjoy poolside BBQs, Mexican buffet, Italian buffet and salad bar. For the more adventuresome, escape on a breakfast or afternoon picnic ride to enjoy a cowboy breakfast or lunch on the trail.

Conferences up to 75 are held in the ranch’s main dining room, which has tables and chairs that can be arranged to your liking. It will have all amenities, including visual aids, to make your meeting a success. Speakers can be arranged on just about any subject you request. The ranch’s creek-side setting gives off negative ions for a very relaxing and productive meeting. |

Kids enjoy a fun-filled schedule of pony rides, nature walks, crafts, and panning for gold. Supervised summer youth programs are specially designed by age groups:
- Cowboys and Cowgirls Ages 3 to 5 (items with * are just for 3-5 year olds): free pony rides, corral critters (rabbits, calf, lamb, pigs)*, feed the ducks & geese*, pedal-boats on pond, swimming in heated pool, gold panning, arts and crafts, fishing in pond, skits for talent show, square and line dancing, ping pong, lawn games*, story time* and scavenger hunts.
- Junior Wranglers Ages 6 to 11 (items with * are just for 6-11 year olds): written horsemanship instruction*, swimming in the creek/waterslide*, fishing in creek or pond*, plus all the above named activities except ones for younger children.
- Bronc Busters Ages 12 to 17 (items with * are just for 12-17 year olds): roping lessons*, overnight campout*, hike to lake at least once or twice*, pool tournament*, rifle instruction*, trap shoot if they want to try*, and orienteering*.

The ranch is only six miles from Trinity Lake - perfect for water skiing and other water sports. The lake also has the best small mouth bass fishing in California!
Coffee Creek Ranch’s Western Weddings Creates a Circle of Love
Ranch weddings are special whether it be just the two of you or 250 guests. The beautiful Trinity Alps are the perfect location to begin a lifetime of happiness. The staff helps you arrange everything from the ceremony to the reception. Menus can be planned ahead to cater to any of your special needs.
Coffee Creek Ranch also offers romantic weekend adventures for couples. Enjoy a private cabin, all meals, a bottle of champagne, horseback riding and a red rose of love. Call for details.
Wilderness Pack Trips
Come explore "God’s Country" for yourself, and discover another country! The Trinity Alps Wilderness Area is over 517,000 acres of old growth forest, granite peaks and 130 lakes, named for the miners, ranchers, and wildlife that frequented each area in earlier times. Find out why the Swiss miner named these majestic peaks after his beloved Alps of Switzerland. They even have a Matterhorn!
The lakes that Coffee Creek Ranch packs into on a regular basis are Conway, Lion, Foster, Union, Sugar Pine, Stoddard, and Doe Lakes. With the exception of Stoddard and Union, the lakes mentioned above have little use and are very quiet and secluded. All lakes are located within the wilderness area, and do require permits. Permits can be obtained through the ranch for your convenience.
Spot Trips
The packer takes you and gear in by horseback to a designated campsite by a lake or stream. On a predetermined day the packer returns for you.
Dunnage Packing
Your gear is brought to a designated area by horseback while you hike in at your leisure.
Rates for the above described trips:
Saddle or pack stock ...........$140.00 per day

Assistant packer, includes horse..........$100.00 per day
All-Inclusive Trips
You bring your own sleeping bag, personal articles and leave your troubles behind. Coffee Creek Ranch supplies all equipment and food, the packer and the trail cook and some of the most pristine Wilderness seen by man.
Rate per person: $300.00 per day
Deer Hunter's Delight: Spot Trips Only
- Includes your guide, one pack animal and one saddle animal.
- You are served a hearty breakfast at the ranch before you trek off into the wilderness.
- Plus a hot shower upon your return to the ranch.
Rate per person: $650.00 (minimum two persons). Any extra pack horses will be charged at regular rate of $140.00 per animal. If you don’t like to rough it, daily hunting parties are also available from the ranch.
Hunting Seasons
Deer and bear season will run concurrently beginning August and ending October. Open season for deer and black bear is September 15.
Trucking
Trucking to some trailheads is extra. A charge of $2.50 per mile will be assessed. |

Reservation Policy
A deposit of $400 per person must accompany each reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Spring reservation weeks begin or end on any given day. Summer weeks begin on a Saturday and end on a Friday. If there is a problem with this other arrangements can be made. A week is six nights and seven days. If you desire to stay longer, call for exact rates. Daily rates are higher than weekly rates. Daily check-in and check-out is determined by the first meal. (Example: Dinner first day would end with lunch last day.) If you have a handicap, let them know at the time of reservation so proper accommodations can be selected. A sitter list is available for those desiring extra baby sitting.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation before the due date (30 days prior to your arrival date), your total payment will be refunded, less a $200 service charge per person. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to your arrival, a refund, less the service charge, will be made only if the reservation is filled by another guest. If you prefer, you can apply your money toward another date the following year. No refunds for early departure or late arrivals.
