Although Bar 10 Ranch’s regular season is mid-May thru mid-September, special customized group tours can be arranged during the off-season. Meals and lodging only packages are also available for groups and individuals during this time. Daily winter rates range from $45 - $150 per day.
Bar 10 Ranch Tours
Witness the awe-inspiring beauty of the Grand Canyon and enjoy magnificent desert vistas on your way to the Bar 10 Ranch by helicopter, airplane, vehicle or ATV!
3-Hour Cowboy Tour
If you’re short on time but big on country, Bar 10’s Cowboy Tour packs a lot of country into a little time. This 3-hour guided tour includes a live ranch demonstration with colorful stories about local ranchers and outlaws of the past, as well as a brief history of the area. Cowboys may demonstrate various ranch chores such as branding a calf or shoeing a horse, and will entertain you with some fancy trick-roping and a little cowboy humor. Guests are welcome to roll up their sleeves and help out or just enjoy! Other activities include skeet shooting, horseback riding, hiking, playing horseshoes, table tennis, volleyball or just relaxing and enjoying the wide-open country and clean air!
Country Meals & Mini Stay
Like to stay and play awhile? Unwind with a “down-home” country meal and short reprieve at the Bar 10 Ranch. Relax and enjoy various ranch activities such as hiking, horseshoes, table tennis, billiards and volleyball. Mini Stays include: Cowboy Breakfast and Mini Stay; Chuck Wagon Sandwich Bar Lunch & Mini Stay; Country Style Hot Meal & Mini Stay; Dutch-Oven Dinner & Mini Stay; Dutch-Oven Dinner & Country Western Program (when available) and overnight lodging
Bar 10 Ranch Overnight Adventure If a few hours just isn’t enough time at the Bar 10 Ranch, you may choose an overnight tour that includes the ranch demonstration and activities described in the Cowboy Tour, as well as lunch, dinner, lodging and breakfast. The dinner meal consists of delicious Dutch oven potatoes, lean roast beef, the famous homemade Bar 10 dinner rolls, vegetables and dessert. The Bar 10 gals are the best cooks on the whole Arizona strip! After guests have satisfied their city slicker appetites, they can enjoy a country western program, including singing, clogging, dancing, trick roping, and some good ole’ cowboy humor! Sleep in the lodge (dormitory style rooms with bunk beds) or in quaint Conestoga covered wagons. Climax your stay with a hearty cowboy breakfast of coffee, pancakes, bacon, eggs and juice.
Grand Canyon Rafting Tours
For years, the Bar 10 has been a starting and ending point for guests on Colorado River trips. Any of the western ranch tours may be selected as and add-on to your river trip or booked as a separate adventure. There is no experience in the world that equals the grandeur and history of the Grand Canyon. From towering vistas and majestic canyons, you will descend back in time as you traverse the heart of the Colorado River, leaving each day wanting for more. Trip lengths and prices vary. Four-Day Horseback Pack Trip Adventure
(6 person minimum required to book)
Experience an authentic, Grand Canyon, western-ranch adventure on a four-day pack trip. Ride the trails of the early explorers, settlers, and outlaws of the Arizona strip. Guests will enjoy a ground tour of the Grand Canyon Toroweap Lookoff, two days of outdoor cowboy fun with meals, entertainment, and a day and night at the Bar 10 Lodge. Includes meals, entertainment, activities, camping equipment, and a whole herd of cowboy fun! |
| Accommodations |
Surrounded by manicured laws and peaceful desert landscape, the two-story Bar 10 lodge has six dormitory-style rooms with bunk beds that sleep four to a room. Restrooms are located on both floors in close proximity to all guest rooms. For the adventurous, there are 13 authentic Conestoga Covered Wagons on the hillside behind the main lodge that provide accommodations for two, great for couples. Restroom facilities are located nearby. The spacious dining area located on the main floor boasts a rock fireplace and conversation pit. For your convenience, you will also find souvenirs, snacks, supplies and basic sundries at the Bar 10 Trading Post located just off the main dining room. |

Families are welcome at Bar 10 although they do not have any specific children’s programs. Minimum age for river trips is 8 and those under 10 not advised for other tours. |

Live country western program in the evenings with singing, dancing, trick roping and cowboy humor. No regularly scheduled programs during winter season but can be arranged for groups of 15 or more. |
