Although only one hour north of Vancouver by air, the Nemaiah Valley remains one of the untouched mountain valley gems of the Chilcotin.
The spectacular setting of the Nemaiah Valley is home to the Elkin Creek Guest Ranch and central to the world-famous Wild Horses of the Brittany Triangle. Nestled between the ever impressive Mount Tatlow of the Coast Mountain Range and sparkling Vedan Lake, are the 28,000 acres of the Elkin Creek Guest Ranch cattle operation. Many of the traditions of the early Chilcotin cowboys are still followed today.
Visitors to the Elkin Creek Guest Ranch can choose to fill their days horseback riding with wranglers, river kayaking, whitewater rafting, fly fishing, mountain biking, hiking on a variety of trails, sailing, windsurfing, fishing on pristine Vedan Lake or simply relaxing in the clear mountain air. The choice is yours!
Throughout the day, the chef serves delicious first-rate meals and snacks. Guests can unwind in the evenings around a camp fire, on the outside lodge deck, in the cozy western lounge and bar, or in the comfort of their own private cabin.

Reservation Policy
Elkin Creek Guest Ranch accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Diners Club. Please submit the name on your card, expiration date and number via e-mail or phone. Checks made payable to Adventure West Resorts, Ltd. A receipt will be returned reflecting your payment. A reminder will be e-mailed to you before the final payment is due. Flight information will be forwarded before your departure.
Cancellation Policy
Elkin Creek Guest Ranch requires written cancellation 60 days before your stay begins. In case of later cancellation, they reserve the right to withhold the following amounts: 30-21 days: 25%, 20-15 days: 50%, 14-8 days 70%, 7-0 days: no refund granted. Each guest accepts any risk involved in the participation of all activities and trips and will not hold Elkin Creek Ranch Ltd/Adventure West Resorts Ltd. from all risk. Travel insurance is recommended for yourself and/or your valuables.
