Additional Rate Info	Rates are determined by the number of guests in a cabin and the ages. Base rates INCLUDE gratuities. Rates quoted DO NOT INCLUDE Wyoming sales and lodging taxes, 5% and 4% respectively. CHILDREN: Rates for kids 6-12 years old ranges from $1425 - $1545. Chilren 3-5 years old are $1050 and kids 2 and under are free. Families traveling with a nanny receive a 50% reduction for the nanny's visit.
Accommodations	Ten rustic cabins, tucked into a stand of aspens, await you at the 7D Ranch. All cabins have wood stoves and private baths, firm comfortable beds (queen and twin), and range from one to four bedrooms. Daily maid service is provided and laundry facilities are available. A crystal, spring-fed stream meanders between the cabins.
Dining	Meals are served family style in the ranch’s beautiful dining hall, or at picnic tables, a short stroll across the lawn. The delicious home-cooked cuisine features freshly baked breads, crisp salad greens from the kitchen garden, 7D Ranch beef from the ranch’s own small Black Angus herd, and of course, scrumptious desserts. (7D’s kitchen staff is pleased to accommodate special dietary requirements.) A hearty cowboy breakfast, served on the trail, is always a memorable experience.
Bar Service	BYOB. Sunday night a hosted Meet-N-Greet features complimentary beer, wine and soda.
Conference Facilities	The ranch can accommodate groups of up to 40 people. Facilities include overhead projector, carousel slide projector and screen, and a guest dedicated computer hook-up phone line in dining room.
Children's Programs	The ranch is a paradise for children of all ages and we encourage children to be "kids". Children’s counselors ride, hike and organize activities with children ages 6-12. Children 3-5 years old may also participate in many of the ranch activities with the exception of trail riding. Young children can have as much "horse time" as the desire in the arena with the kid's wranglers. The ranch’s children's program allows young people to experience ranch life and come to understand its connection nature. Ecological relationships are taught by example and daily practice on hikes and rides. Children are introduced to the world of livestock and horses. Patient wranglers take great care to help young children build their confidence and comfort levels with horses and other livestock. Older children are active participants in all ranch activities. Childcare services are available to families with children 0-2 years old during riding/activity hours for a nominal fee.
Special Entertainment	Evening activities can include speakers (on bears, wolves, geology), line dancing, Indian sweat lodge, learning to rope, sing-a-longs, campfires with marshmallow s'mores, and lawn games.

Nearest Airport	The ranch picks up guests from Yellowstone Regional Airport in Cody, Wyoming (50 miles from ranch) and Billings, Montana for an additional charge.

Reservation Policy We require a 25% deposit at the time of reservation. Upon receiving the deposit, a confirmation packet will be sent to the guest. The balance of the stay is due upon departure of the ranch stay. Cancellation Policy Deposits, less a $100 booking fee, are refundable until February 29, 2008. If a cancellation is made after February 29, 2008, we will not be able to refund the deposit, however, we will transfer the deposit for another stay at the ranch.
