Reservation Policy
We require a 25% deposit at the time of reservation. Upon receiving the deposit, a confirmation packet will be sent to the guest. The balance of the stay is due upon departure of the ranch stay.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits, less a $100 booking fee, are refundable until February 29, 2008. If a cancellation is made after February 29, 2008, we will not be able to refund the deposit, however, we will transfer the deposit for another stay at the ranch.
